On Sept 18, 2021, Happy Hour Restaurant, Biratnagar. Rtn Surendra Golchha, Club President (2021-2022), conducted a Club Assembly. RRFC PDG PP Rtn Basu Dev Golyan, AG Rtn Anita Adhikari, charter member, past presidents, committee chairs including officers, directors, and club members, were present in the assembly.

The major Club Assembly agendas were as follows:

1. Regarding the Club Constitution.

2. Regarding the Working Sub-Committee report.

3. Regarding building reconstruction.

4. Miscellaneous

The purpose of a Club Assembly was to share information with club members, identify issues, and discuss future plans. This assembly was focused on the coming Rotary year.
